We’re looking for an experienced Jewellery Sales Person for Waterfront based client. You need to be able to work long hours (09:00 – 21:00), week-ends and public holidays. Use your knowledge of fine jewellery in assisting clients with selecting and purchasing jewellery, provide information, showcase merchandise and handle transactions.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of and experience with fine jewellery, metals and gemstones
- Sales experience
- Excellent customer service
- Well presented
- Well spoken – no accent
- Qualification in jewellery (advantage)
- Able to work POS
- Experience with Forex
- Reliable transport
Duties:
- Meet and greet clients
- Assist clients with selecting and purchasing jewellery
- Provide information and advise on styles and trends
- Showcase merchandise
- Handle sales transactions
- After sales service, e.g. wrap jewellery, repairing jewellery, cleaning, etc.
- Maintain appearance and inventory of jewellery display
- Follow store policies and procedures regarding security, safety and loss prevention

- Work Environment: 45 hours per week (09:00 – 21:00)
